Learn the Boxing Controls

World Boxing Tournament 2 gives both players their own keyboard controls. Each boxer can move around the ring, use three different attacks, and defend against incoming punches.

Player 1 Controls

  • Move: W, A, S, D
  • Attack 1: Z or B
  • Attack 2: X or N
  • Attack 3: C or M
  • Defense: V or Spacebar

Player 2 Controls

  • Move: Arrow Keys
  • Attack 1: P or Numpad 1
  • Attack 2: O or Numpad 2
  • Attack 3: L or Numpad 3
  • Defense: K or Numpad 0

Both players can choose between two keys for each attack and defense action. This makes the controls easier to use on different keyboard layouts.

Spend a little time learning the three attacks before trying to press everything at once. Each punch gives you another option during a fight, while the defense button helps protect your boxer when the opponent starts attacking.

Enter the Ring and Start Boxing

World Boxing Tournament 2 is a fighting game where you choose a boxer and compete inside a boxing ring. The goal is to land good punches while avoiding or blocking the attacks coming from the other fighter.

You can move around instead of standing in one place. This lets you step away from danger, close the distance before attacking, or find a better position in the ring.

The game includes several fighters to choose from. Picking a different boxer gives you some variety when starting another match.

Choose Between One-Player and Two-Player Matches

There are two main ways to play.

Player vs PC puts you against a computer-controlled opponent. This mode gives you a chance to practice movement, punching, and defense without needing another person at the keyboard.

Player vs Player lets two people fight on the same computer. Each player uses a separate set of keys, so both fighters can move and attack at the same time.

Every match lasts for two rounds. Once the fight finishes, you can choose the Next Fight option and continue to another boxing match.

Use Different Punches During the Fight

You have three attack buttons instead of one basic punch. Try using the different attacks and see which one works best from your current position.

Do not keep pressing attack buttons when your opponent is too far away. Move closer first and wait for a useful opening.

Defense also matters. Blocking at the right moment can stop an opponent from landing several punches in a row.

A good approach is to attack, watch how the other boxer responds, and then decide whether to punch again or protect yourself.

Pay Attention to Timing

Fast button pressing does not always lead to a better result. A boxer who keeps attacking can leave openings that the other player can use.

Watch your opponent before making the next move. Step away from an attack, defend when needed, and return with one of your own punches when the chance appears.

Two-player matches can become more challenging because another person may change their fighting style during the round. They may attack often at first and then start defending more once they understand how you play.

Learning when to move, punch, and block can help you perform better during both rounds.
