Work the Night Shift at Candy’s

Five Nights at Candy’s is a horror game where you work as a security guard inside Candy’s Burgers and Fries. The restaurant looks harmless during the day, but the animatronic characters begin moving around after closing time.

Candy the Cat, Cindy the Cat, Chester the Chimpanzee, the Penguin, Blank, and other characters can become threats during the night. Stay in the security office and keep them from getting close enough to attack.

You cannot walk around the restaurant. Instead, you watch the building through security cameras and use the office doors when an animatronic reaches an entrance.

Your shift lasts through the night, and surviving until morning lets you continue to the next one.

Watch the Cameras With Night Vision

Most of the restaurant is almost completely dark after closing. Normal camera feeds do not always show enough detail to tell where an animatronic is standing.

The camera system has Night Vision that lets you see dark rooms more clearly. Select a camera to view it, then activate Night Vision when you need a better look.

CAM-04 and CAM-06 are especially useful because they show the areas outside the left and right office doors.

Checking these cameras can tell you when an animatronic has reached one of the entrances.

Do not leave the monitor running longer than necessary. The camera system and Night Vision both use your limited power.

Close the Doors Only When Needed

Your office has doors that can protect you when an animatronic gets too close.

The left and right doors stop characters approaching from those sides. There is also a front window door that becomes important against Blank.

Keeping a door closed is not free. Each door has its own power-use meter, and the longer it stays shut, the more electricity it begins to consume.

This makes timing important. Closing every door and leaving it that way may feel safe, but it can drain your power long before the night ends.

Watch the cameras, identify where the animatronics are, and close a door only when there is a real threat nearby.

Save Enough Power to Survive the Night

The restaurant runs on limited backup power during your shift.

Using the cameras, Night Vision, and security doors all takes electricity. Running out of power leaves you with fewer ways to protect the office.

Check your power level regularly and avoid wasting it on empty rooms.

Later nights become harder because more animatronics become active. Old Candy is especially difficult because he does not have the same glowing eyes that make some of the other characters easier to notice in dark camera feeds.

Good power management becomes just as important as watching the cameras.

Learn How the Animatronics Behave

Candy and Cindy can move through the restaurant toward the side doors. Watching the nearby cameras helps you know when to close the correct entrance.

Chester becomes another roaming threat as the nights continue.

The Penguin behaves differently and can create problems inside the office if you fail to deal with him.

Blank stays connected to the Drawing Room and can eventually become a danger to the front window. This means you cannot spend the entire night watching only the left and right doors.

The game becomes easier once you learn which cameras matter for each character and how quickly you need to react.

How to Play

Use the mouse to control the security system and interact with the office.

Open the camera monitor to check different rooms around the restaurant.

Click a camera to view its feed.

Activate Night Vision when you need to see inside a dark room.

Check CAM-04 and CAM-06 to watch the areas outside the side doors.

Use the office door buttons when an animatronic gets close.

Close the correct door long enough for the danger to pass, then open it again to save power.

Watch the power meter because cameras, Night Vision, and closed doors use electricity.

Keep checking the restaurant and survive until the night shift ends.
